Background
Nestled in a tranquil surrounding of the upcoming district of Kepala Batas, Seberang Perai Utara is the development of Bandar Putra Bertam, situated on a 700 acre land. The development offers an energetic and vibrant township that will eventually house 7,000 units of commercial & residential units. Bandar Putra Bertam is a self-contained neighbourhood with infrastructure amenities and utilities.
Bandar Putra Bertam is located right next to the North South Highway interchange. Kepala Batas is also situated in the centre of mature townships in the northern region. Hunza Properties Berhad Group is a well established property development company and has been involved in the industry for more than 30 years. Hunza Properties Berhad is also a public listed company listed in the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Putra Gateway
Putra Gateway located within Bandar Putra Bertam occupies 22 acres. The 170 units of freehold 2 and 3 storey shop offices are set to be the major part of Commercial Hub that forms the main gateway to Bandar Putra Bertam Township.
