The Development in Sungai Petani
making its presence felt with its concept of "country living".
This on-going project, which is developed by Hunza Properties (Kedah)
Sdn. Bhd. is located on a 600 acre land in Sungai Petani, just only
10 minutes drive from the nearest interchange to the North-South
Highway. This will create the largest country-style bungalow village
in Sg. Petani.
 Covering approximately
310 acres out of the total land area of 600 acres, the initial development
which house 1,031 units of low and low medium cost housing and 20
units of shop office (Taman Seri
Bayu) has already completed with O.C. obtained. Another 546
units of bungalows (Bukit Bayu) will be carried out under three
different zonings.
Bukit Bayu is distinctively
Sungai Petani's one and only country style bungalow project and
proudly so. With over 500 units of exclusively designed bungalows
as part of the development, Bukit Bayu is set to be the biggest
bungalow enclave in the Northen Region.
Bukit Bayu is constructed on
undulating ground, with a beautiful view of Gunung Jerai, surrounded
by unspoiled nature and refreshing greenery with tracts of open
space and beautifully landscaped gardens. For those who love towards
outdoor activities, there will be designated bicycle and jogging
tracks. In complementing this whole development, we have include

The proposed development on the remaining of 290 acres of land will
